Neon Black Light Photography Reflection Questions

1) My best shot from this assignment was the shot of the girls face from the side. This photo is really simple and the paint has a certain aesthetic to it.

2) My weakest shot from this assignment was the picture of the boys face from ahead. The paint pattern on this photo somewhat looked reflected as there were so many different colors being mixed.

3) The weakest shot could be improved in future shoots by using less paint.

4) I used Photoshop to edit the photos. I used the crop setting, the saturation, and many more other features.

5) I was able to meet the objectives of this assignment because I was able to take and edit the photos I needed to finish this project.

6) The easy part of this assignment was taking the photos. As for the photos I only needed to make sure that I took the needed photos in the correct angles.

7) The difficult part of this assignment was editing the photos as the neon colors needed to pop out against the face.

8) I would try to use different angles and try different designs on the peoples faces.

9) 10, as this project was really simple and straight forward and I was able to achieve the objective of this assignment.

Do Now Ansel Adams

1) The type of photography that Ansel specializes in is landscape photography. 2) He brought out the texture in the photos by taking photos at different angles and by focusing on where the light is and how it could be used to enhance the photos. 3) My opinion on his work is that, his work is really beautiful and simple, showing the different textures of the world along with playing with the light to make certain things shine more than others. 4) I feel this way because the photos are really old and I find it interesting when I see things from other decades, the photo of Golden Gate before the bridge is the picture I found the most interesting.
