Color Sampling Reflection Questions

1) My best shot from this project was the photo of the people walking in the theme park because, instead of coloring the people I colored the background.
2) My weakest shot from this project was the photo of my dog lying on the bed.
3) The weakest shot could be improved in the future by taking the photo from a different angle.
4) I used Photoshop to edit these photos. I used the black and white option, and levels.
5) I was able to meet the expectations of this assignment by taking the photos needed to do the project, and by doing a color sample of the photos.
6) Taking the photos was the easiest part of doing the project. Because the only thing I needed to take the photos was colors that stood out from others.
7) Editing the photos was the hardest part of the project. Because sampling the colors would take time as there would be some mistakes.
8) If I could do this assignment again I would choose different surrounding with different places.
9) I would give myself a 10 because the second photo took the longest amount of time and I put a lot of work into the details of the photo.

Do Now Ansel Adams

1) The type of photography that Ansel specializes in is landscape photography. 2) He brought out the texture in the photos by taking photos at different angles and by focusing on where the light is and how it could be used to enhance the photos. 3) My opinion on his work is that, his work is really beautiful and simple, showing the different textures of the world along with playing with the light to make certain things shine more than others. 4) I feel this way because the photos are really old and I find it interesting when I see things from other decades, the photo of Golden Gate before the bridge is the picture I found the most interesting.
