Difference between Snap Shot and Artistic Photography

The difference between a Snap Shot and Artistic Photography is that a Snap Shot is something as simple as a picture of the sunset. Something that doesn't need as much play with lighting or angle, just something you see that you find beautiful that you want a quick photo of. While Artistic Photography is a photo of something that involves the play of light, angle, and other factors. Putting special effects onto the photos as well. Artistic Photography involves more thought than a Snap Shot as you focus on every single detail of the photo.

Do Now Ansel Adams

1) The type of photography that Ansel specializes in is landscape photography. 2) He brought out the texture in the photos by taking photos at different angles and by focusing on where the light is and how it could be used to enhance the photos. 3) My opinion on his work is that, his work is really beautiful and simple, showing the different textures of the world along with playing with the light to make certain things shine more than others. 4) I feel this way because the photos are really old and I find it interesting when I see things from other decades, the photo of Golden Gate before the bridge is the picture I found the most interesting.
